

Our Story
Nearly a decade ago, winemakers Carla and Richard Betts discovered the intoxicating aroma of a rare Italian dried pepper. That spark stayed with them until 2020, when a journey across the Alps from Amsterdam brought them to an unforgettable meal at Restaurant Klösterle in Austria. Over drinks and dishes prepared by acclaimed chefs Ethel Hoon and Jakob Zeller, a shared love of flavor and spice of every kind turned into something more: the idea for a hot sauce that could live at the table alongside every cuisine.
Made In Italy
Rare Campanian peppers slowly dried in the shade give earthiness, Tuscan and Sicilian fresh peppers are fermented for a citrusy umami kick.
Only 3 Ingredients
As in the best Italian cooking, as long as you source your ingredients well, you don’t need much else, just get out of the way and let them shine: chilies, vinegar, salt.
